Following a full remodel of our outdoor patio, dining room, and bar, Stone House has become the restaurant of choice in Waynesville, and business is booming. What You'll Do Oversee daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience in our newly remodeled space Lead, schedule, and develop a team of hourly staff, holding the team accountable to service and quality standards Help manage the increased volume from our expanded patio and bar area Manage labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit budget targets Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Partner with ownership on staffing, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements Step in on the floor during peak hours to support the team and guests directly What You Bring 2 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred) Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong grasp of P&L basics, labor management, and inventory control Working knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience a plus) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A guest-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality Why Stone House Tavern We're not a corporate chain — we're a locally owned restaurant group built on doing right by our team and our guests.
