Kitchen Manager Wanted -

Giammarco's Pizza and Pasta :

Full-Time | Reports to General Manager | Very Competitive Pay Family-owned, 400-seat full-service restaurant, a community favorite for 27+ years, known for house-made pizza, pasta, and stromboli, is hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager. What you'll do : Manage food & labor cost budgets Ensure quality/consistency of all menu items Hire, train & schedule kitchen staff Help create menu specials What we need : Proven kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Bilingual - working knowledge of Spanish required Strong culinary skills; culinary degree recommended Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) Available evenings/weekends/holidays Join a respected, established kitchen with real leadership opportunity.
