Job Description

Who We Are The Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse has been serving guests in 14 locations for nearly four decades in five states. Our chef-inspired menu features legendary aged hand cut steaks, market fresh seafood, and seasonal features. Hyde Park Restaurant Group is dedicated to providing an extraordinary dining experience ensuring that every visit leaves a lasting impression. Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in managing a team.

Team Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Operations:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
Financial Management:
Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue.
Guest Service:
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring satisfaction, and loyalty
Compliance:
Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining restaurant. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management. Proven track record of financial management and budgeting. Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
