REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

for the General Manager Provide excellent food and customer service in a clean, safe and friendly environment. Work a minimum of 8 Peak Revenue Periods (Lunch, Dinner, etc) per week Manage the operations of a single restaurant; focused on doing what is right for the Company, our Guests, and our Employees. Accomplish revenue and profit goals set by the company through hiring, training and managing a capable crew. Position requires significant motivation, initiative, responsibility and accountability for increasing sales and traffic to maximize restaurant performance.
