Full Time Summary:

Manage Environmental Technicians to ensure clean, orderly, sanitary and attractive conditions of the casino facility and grounds are maintained. Always presents a friendly and professional image at the casino.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of all company buildings and grounds through directing and assisting EVS Technicians. 2. Conducts daily tour of all areas of the casino and grounds to inspect and appraise completed work and correct all deficiencies. Provides constructive feedback to staff daily. 3. Maintains shift log or report, communicating any irregularities necessary for successful operations of other shifts. 4. Practices and enforces safety codes and safe work habits set for the company, and trains EVS Technicians in safe operations. 5. Maintains work records and sets development plans for EVS Technicians on same shift. 6. Responds in a timely manner to cleaning requests from other departments. 7. Identifies and communicates cleaning supplies and equipment needs to EVS Manager. 8. Assures prompt, courteous service to all customers, internal and external. 9. Drives vehicles such as vans, industrial trucks or other light equipment to complete work for the casino. 10. Communicates concisely concerns, problems and ideas to management in a timely manner. 11. Assists with hiring, training and developing EVS Technicians, prepares and conducts performance reviews, schedules employees shifts. 12. Provides leadership and assistance to EVS Team. 13. Additional duties as assigned and necessary.
