Cafe Evoke is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our established Downtown Edmond cafe and restaurant. We are a high-volume, independently owned culinary and coffee destination known for our community third space, scratch food, and best-in-class specialty coffee program featuring guest roasters from around the country. Master third-wave specialty coffee through direct, hands-on mentorship from the Chef/Owner. No prior barista experience required—we will fully train you, plus provide opportunities for funded coffee education and industry R&D trips!

What You'll Do (The Role): You will serve as the hands-on operational leader of the cafe, maintaining a strong floor presence while driving operational excellence alongside the owner.
Floor Leadership:
Lead, coach, and support the team during peak daily rushes, ensuring guest service standards are consistently met.
Financial Performance:
Manage prime costs (target COGS below 28%, Labor below 25%) and oversee daily cash management.
Team Development:
Handle hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing staff training using established systems.
Facility & Inventory:
Manage vendor deliveries, product receiving, and physical plant maintenance to keep the space pristine.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven management or floor supervision experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and food/beverage costs. A passion for guest service and a leadership style built on care, accountability, and kindness. Open availability.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary:
$52,000•$58,000 / year (based on experience).
Bonus:
Profit share bonus structure.
Schedule:
45-50 hours/week, typical shifts 7:00a•4:00p or 8:00a•5:00p
