Job Description

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are looking for a manager for our local restaurant. Ideal candidates will have experience with restaurant management, including scheduling, inventory control, and people management. Candidates should have a strong owner's mentality and a passion for great guest service.
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
Base salary between $50k-$55k based on experience Strong bonus plan based on performance and key indicators, paid monthly Comprehensive healthcare plan Strong values-based company 2 weeks vacation per year
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a full-service or fast-casual environment Experience managing a diverse team Positive, enthusiastic attitude People who expect and deliver their best selves
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage hourly team members with consistency and integrity Control inventory, including portion controls, purchasing, and tracking Train team members on proper guest service and uphold high standards Monitor quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings Other duties as assigned
