• you're not going to be able to text message customers back and forth. In other words, you should be comfortable talking to strangers. You've got attitude
• the right kind of course
• and understand the need to be on time, all the time. With loads of energy, you understand that work is easier
• and more fun
• with some teamwork.

What are we looking for? The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go: You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results. You're all about creating a great place to work for your team. You want to make your customer's day and it shows in the way you are maniacal about serving amazing pizza with a great big smile. Additional qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation (not public transportation
• you will need to drive to make deposits for the restaurant)
• Have good personal grooming
• Be able to stand up for 8 hours
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Use motion that entails pushing, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist
• Other duties as assigned
