Responsibilities:
#HireNRHS Job Summary Monitors and evaluates financial and productivity information to achieve operational benchmarks Fosters the learning and development of staff to fulfill the current and future requirements of individuals and the organization. Collaborates with other departments to identify and resolve operational and patient care issues and find and implement innovative practices to improve care and services Actively supports and promotes the shared mission and vision of Norman Regional Health System to achieve strategic goals. Develops and promotes employee satisfaction and engagement to facilitate positive outcomes. Provides safe and high quality services
Qualifications:
Qualifications Must have a food handler's card and Serve Safe certification. Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License Education Must have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or business related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification. Degree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian preferred Experience Prefer 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics Licensure/Certification Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian preferred. Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma preferred. Up to $51.14/hr. based on previous work experience.
