The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, solution-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Manage daily front-of-house operations including dining room, bar, host stand, and service staff Lead and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally Create staff schedules and assist with labor management Train and develop team members on service standards and restaurant procedures Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation Assist with inventory, ordering, and opening/closing procedures Support sales goals, promotions, and operational initiatives Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards Communicate effectively with kitchen management and ownership Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications High-volume restaurant experience Bartending or serving background Experience with scheduling and labor controls Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Employee discounts Supportive team environment Paid time off (if applicable) Schedule 8-10 hour shifts Day and evening availability required Weekends and holidays required How to Apply Apply through Indeed or submit your resume with a brief summary of your restaurant experience.
