Job Description

The Impact You'll Make We have an immediate opportunity for a Team Lead ​ to join us at our diverse team in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The Team Lead is a production employee that takes a leadership role in the operation of a work area. This role will instruct operators on job tasks, complete tracking metrics, report causes deviations and participate in problem solving activities. The Team Lead will progressively lead and support production in all areas. This is a 3rd Shift position, working Monday through Thursday, 8:00 pm to 6:00 am. What You'll Be Doing Job Responsibilities Lead shift start meetings and assign employees to appropriate work daily, to address changing workloads Ensure safe work practices and report safety incidents (near misses, incidents, recordables) Performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting Drive and consistently demonstrate 5S Ensure that the receiving of material is done in a timely manner. Ensure warehouse tasks and put ways done properly and to audit to ensure accuracy. Ability to use SAP efficiently. Operates equipment according to safety and quality guidelines, with the expectation that the Team Leader will be fully trained and signed off at every operation in their area. Provide technical assistance to operators as necessary Provide coaching and counseling to improve performance and support positive employee relations What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalent, from an accredited institution is require Minimuim one (1) year manufacturing/machining work experience Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship Position Criteria Repeatedly lifting up to 40 pounds Extensive walking, standing, bending and stooping Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking work environment, and prioritize workload accordingly Must have the ability to interact positively with others within the department and across the organization Self-motivated and able to self-direct Ability to manage cultural change What You'll Get from Us Employee Benefits Paid vacation and holidays 401k Retirement plan Personal insurance Opportunity to join employee resource groups Employee Referral Program Ready to Make a Difference?
