Restaurant Manager About the Opportunity Premier Solutions Executive Management Search is partnering with a locally owned, growing restaurant group known for its scratch kitchen, chef-inspired menu, handcrafted cocktails, and outstanding selection of locally brewed beers. With two new locations planned for 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established team that values hospitality, quality, and developing future leaders. Responsibilities Lead daily front-of-house operations with a visible, hands-on leadership style Deliver exceptional guest experiences and quickly resolve service opportunities Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team Create schedules that balance exceptional service with labor goals Ensure consistent execution of service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality Partner closely with the kitchen leadership on seamless communication and execution Manage labor, inventory, beverage costs, and operating efficiencies Maintain all food safety, sanitation, and company standards Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Support new restaurant openings, leadership development, and operational growth as the company expands Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant Strong leadership and team development skills Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Experience managing labor, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and POS systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Appreciation for scratch cooking, craft cocktails, and locally sourced beer programs is a plus
