Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality management, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires effective team management, kitchen oversight, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Oversee kitchen staff, including inventory control, food preparation, and presentation standards. Coordinate banquet services and special events to enhance guest experiences. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain high service standards. Maintain financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of excellence. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or as a restaurant manager. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety standards and kitchen management practices. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
