Salary:

General managers are tasked with operating their assigned location as if they were the owner. They have the autonomy to select the right team members, hold individuals accountable to our standards of excellence, and reward high performers. General managers also come up with creative ways to increase efficiency at their store location and to meet the needs of their community. We want managers who are interested in getting involved in the community and can share the Subway brand with others. In addition to these tasks, managers will handle the day to day customer service, store cleanliness, Health Department and Subway compliance requirements, and management paperwork. What is Required to be a General Manager? Previous management experience is preferred. A solid work history of 3 years or longer is a must. A willing attitude and strong work ethic are the key characteristics that make a general manager most successful. Great organizational skills and an ability to multi-task are important in this job. Managers must have the ability to direct others in their work and take disciplinary action as needed. Managers must be 18 years or older due to the working hours required.
