Job Description
We're a busy family in Lake Oswego, OR looking for a reliable, detail-oriented full-time House Manager / Family Assistant to help our household run smoothly Monday through Friday. We have two children and one friendly golden retriever. This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in a well-kept, organized home and enjoys being part of family life.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-6:00 PM with a 2.5-hour midday break (split schedule), about 40 hours per week (we are open to discussing the schedule and can be flexible). What you'll do:- Daily cleaning in rotating sections so the whole house stays consistently clean (bathrooms one day, dusting and floors another, etc.)
- Daily kitchen tidy-up plus a weekly kitchen deep clean
- Daily meal prep: cook fresh meals for the family and prepare lunches for our two kids
- Laundry as needed and changing bed linens weekly
- Light household organization
- Pick the kids up from the bus stop twice per week
- Help care for our friendly golden retriever (let out, basic feeding) What we're looking for:
- Reliable, trustworthy, and organized with a strong eye for detail
- Experience in housekeeping, household management, or as a family/personal assistant
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Must drive and have your own reliable, insured vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Comfortable around children and dogs
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; able to pass a background check and provide references Compensation & perks:
