Job Description

Join White Pepper as a Bar Manager. We're looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced event environments and has a passion for craft cocktails and hospitality. You'll work alongside our serving team while managing all aspects of bar service at our events.

What You'll Do:
Prepare and lead bar operations for catering events, from setup to serviceDevelop creative bar menus and call sheets for events and Burger ThursdayParticipate in weekly team meetings to coordinate operations and share ideasBartend for recurring events like our weekly Burger ThursdayManage inventory, ensure quality standards, and maintain a well-organized bar stationTrain and support team members during serviceCollaborate with the broader catering team to ensure seamless event executionMore information:40-50hrs a week during the busy seasonPaid travel time for out of town events Mileage ReimbursementTo apply, please click the apply button on Poached.
