Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate Home Care Manager to oversee services for developmentally challenged children . This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to manage extensive documentation, and regular collaboration with state agencies, families, and multidisciplinary teams . Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the home care program Supervise, train, and support care staff Complete and manage extensive paperwork and documentation in compliance with state and agency requirements Coordinate and communicate with state agencies, caseworkers, and licensing bodies Attend and lead meetings with staff, families, and external partners Ensure care plans are followed, updated, and properly documented Monitor compliance with regulations, audits, and quality standards Address operational, staffing, and care-related concerns promptly Requirements Previous management or supervisory experience required Experience working with developmentally challenged children preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills Excellent communication and meeting-facilitation skills Ability to manage compliance and state reporting requirements First Aid and CPR certification required Additional required certifications can be obtained upon hire Bachelor's degree Required (human services, social work, psychology, healthcare, or related field preferred) This position offers an engaging leadership role within a vibrant hospitality setting where your expertise can make a significant impact on guest experiences and operational success.
