Franchise Restaurant Manager Togo's Sandwiches - 3.5 Tigard, OR Job Details Full-time $23 - $26 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Quick service & fast food restaurant experience Expense management Talent management High school diploma or GED Hiring Cash register operations Full Job Description Togo's of Tigard seeks an experienced franchise Restaurant Manager for a new location in Tigard, Oregon, with eventual transition to the Milwaukie store when open. Hourly pay is $23 to $26, depending on experience, plus competitive established bonuses for sales, store profit and guest experience. The Togo's Restaurant Manager hires and trains staff. They monitor the quality of food, the guest service experience, and restaurant cleanliness. Restaurant Managers must be able to perform any task in the restaurant with ease, whether making products, cashiering, or cleaning. They should handle high-stress situations calmly and with good judgment. They coach crew members to be productive and provide a friendly guest experience. They handle food supply orders, scheduling of crew members, and payroll. They also manage to the restaurant's Cost of Goods Sold and Labor percentage targets. Job Responsibilities People o Interview and hire new crew members o Ensure crew members adhere to Togo's policies, such as uniforms standards, attendance o Create schedules, track hours, and enter payroll information o Train and coach all employees whenever appropriate o Provide a safe and fun working environment for all employees Guests o Oversee daily routines to ensure the restaurant is ready to serve guests when open o Maintain Togo's food safety and quality standards o Respond to guest comments and complaints, correcting problems before they affect guests o Create a friendly atmosphere for guests Financial o Order food and other supplies o Count and enter inventory o Prepare and reconcile cash drawers, maintaining strict adherence to cash control policies o Balance safe funds, prepare deposits and take to the bank o Track food and labor expenses, making adjustment to bring numbers into line with target Experience Restaurant Managers should have the following qualifications to successfully meet the demands of the job: Minimum of a high school diploma Prior work as a manager or supervisor Previous restaurant experience Manager training in food safety Ability to keep restaurant organized Drive-thru experience
