Wood Fired Pizza Cart Lead

Lead Wood-Fired Pizza Cook New Coastal Cart (Housing Available) Opening a new wood-fired pizza cart on the Oregon Coast and looking for a lead to help bring it to life. Neapolitan-ish pies with a strong sourdough backbone we ve partnered with a local bakery to produce our dough, so the focus here is on execution, fire control, and running clean, high-volume service. This is a chance to step into something early, shape the flow, and run a tight, quality-driven operation without the full dough program.

The Role:

Run a wood-fired oven at a high level Manage fire, temps, and consistency through busy services Prep and maintain a clean, efficient station Help build systems and train a small team

You:

Solid pizza or wood-fired experience Fast, organized, and detail-oriented Understands flow and can lead service Low ego, high standards

The Setup:

Sourdough dough program (no in-house mixing) High summer volume on the coast 4 6 month commitment ideal (open, dial, hand off) Housing available for the right person

Pay:

Hourly + strong tips (DOE)

Waldport, OR:

Coastal town, busy season, long days, and a chance to build something focused and good then head back to Portland or wherever s next. Or stay for a while!
