Supervise, motivate, and train a team of pizza store employees, including delivery drivers, kitchen staff, and customer service representatives. Schedule shifts, manage employee breaks, and handle shift rotations to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of the pizza store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and ordering supplies. Ensure adherence to established operational policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste of pizzas and other menu items.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Train staff on customer service techniques and provide guidance to maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers. Quality Control:

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and suppliers.
