Mm! Pizza in Bethel Park has the perfect position for you! We are currently hiring for the role of Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in the restaurant's operations, taking charge in the absence of the General Manager. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered promptly to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. You'll be in charge of a small crew of cooks and drivers, assigning prep tasks and cleaning projects to maintain the store's cleanliness according to company standards.

Additionally, you will be accountable for balancing the cash drawer and completing daily and nightly paperwork, ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions. We offer a competitive base pay of $16- $18 per hour for this position, and our average Shift Manager has the opportunity to earn an additional $2-$4 per hour in credit card and cash tips, which are paid nightly.
