Front of House Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and cashiers, ensuring smooth shift operations Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Oversee food preparation, serving procedures, and bar operations to maintain high-quality standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures to promote continuous improvement Monitor inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or excesses Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food handling standards and sanitation protocols Assist in budgeting, labor scheduling, and managing operational costs to optimize restaurant performance Lead by example in fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and accountability Support kitchen management with food production coordination during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Demonstrated supervising experience with a strong background in team management and training & development Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and inventory control Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations (including HACCP standards) Background in hospitality management with skills in restaurant management, shift management, and customer service excellence Familiarity with kitchen management, food production processes, catering operations, and bar services (including barista or coffee experience) is highly desirable Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills; capable of interviewing candidates and managing staff schedules Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of quality Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
