Description The Cafe and Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a café specializing in lattes, espresso-based beverages, and baked goods. This role includes opening, supervising staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining product quality and food safety standards, managing inventory and ordering supplies, handling scheduling and training, and monitoring sales and expenses. Baking experience a plus, but not a necessity. The Cafe and Bakery Manager creates a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring efficient operations and profitability. They will also take the lead on beverage preparation, customer service, and resolving customer concerns as needed. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks. Regularly works around hot beverages, steam, ovens, and other kitchen equipment. May be exposed to sharp tools and equipment, including knives and food preparation utensils. Must follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures to minimize the risk of injury. Additional Details
