Restaurant Shift Leader/Manager

We are looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven leader to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for an experienced host, server, bartender, or restaurant professional ready to take the next step into leadership and management. As a Dining Room Supervisor / Floor Manager, you will help oversee our member dining rooms, banquet operations, and pool dining service while ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the club. You will play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating seating, supporting daily operations, and leading front-of-house service standards. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences for members and guests.
