We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high-quality customer service, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including staff management and inventory control. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Hire, train, and manage employees. Monitor sales and implement strategies to boost revenue. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash, manage budgets, and control expenses. Resolve customer complaints and staff concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant/retail management preferred. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Food safety certification (preferred but not required).
