What You'll Do Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service periods Inspire a warm, welcoming, and team-driven atmosphere that guests experience from the moment they arrive. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues quickly and professionally Manage scheduling, floor operations, and daily service flow Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and execution Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations to provide a safe working environment for the team and dining environment for guests. Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance goals, to optimize cost control measures and maximize profitability. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience (banquet/event experience a plus) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive under pressure Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Hands-on leadership style — you lead from the floor, not the office Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
