Assistant managers are responsible for running their shift, Executing fast and flawless sandwiches on the line, and assisting with hiring and training their part time employees. Must be good with customers, and be self motivated. You are only as good as your team! Light Food prep, Slicing meats, Helping GM with hiring, inventory, paperwork, etc. scheduled a 40-45 hour work week We will train you hip to hip. Starting at $16 per hour, plus tips. Advancement for those looking to move up, We provide paid vacations. We want to main a culture of family, mutual respect, and teamwork.
