Front of House Manager

Defined Hospitality is an expanding restaurant company (Suraya, R D, Pizzeria Beddia, Kalaya, Picnic) and we are looking for our next, dynamic leader to fill a Manager position for Condesa, El Techo and El Cafe in the Motto Hotel . The candidate should be prepared to be part of a large management team operating multi day-parts in a high volume environment. The candidate should have a track record of successful service and beverage management. Additionally, the candidate should be qualified to lead, teach and direct a staff to execute a high level of hospitality and service. Our candidate must be a student of food and beverage and comfortable working with and supporting a large culinary team. Excellent communcation skills, willingness to learn and grace under pressure a must.
