Our grocery store is seeking an experienced and motivated Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Boiling Springs bakery. If you're a hands-on leader with a love for quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of bakery associates to ensure exceptional service and high-quality baked goods. Manage all aspects of bakery operations, including production schedules, merchandising, inventory control, and food safety compliance. Some production will be handled by partner locations and trasferred in. Train staff on baking techniques, safety protocols, and customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department in accordance with company standards. Monitor sales and implement strategies to drive department performance. Collaborate with store leadership to plan seasonal and promotional displays.
