Food Service Employee- AM Shift (6AM-2:30PM)-PHL

Brief Description of Duties:

Must be able to read, write, and speak English and poses basic Math skills Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors Must be able to work in cold environment with a constant 38-40 degree temperature for up to 8 hours+ a day with appropriate insulated clothing Must be able to stand on a daily basis for 8 hours a day Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment Must apply effective Food Hygiene practices Must have ability to apply safety and sanitation standards Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for entire work shift Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment ( nights, weekends, holidays) Must have ability to use knives, cutting board, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicer, and related industrial kitchen equipment.

Required Abilities:

May assist with assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and

USDA/FDA/HACCP

standards Performs job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow Washes, cleans, and cuts raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures Maintains proper temperatures of all food products Ensures all food products are properly labeled, dated, and rotated (FIFO) Assumes other related duties as required

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent Must be in current position for 60 days. Good attendance record Must have excellent communications skills, both written and oral Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure Must be a team player
