Job Description

If you are an experienced GM and have been there for a while and not able to grow this is your perfect Opportunity to make more then what you are making and start a career with a growing company as we are looking to re open all closed locations and you can grow to DM. The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications include:
Minimum two years management experience High school education Quick Service Restaurant Experience required Valid Driver's License Capacity to manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional departments, and delegate tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and adjust strategies mid-course Ability to motivate large teams, manage conflict, and hold staff accountable
