What You'll Do:
Drive Profit & Performance Own the restaurant's P&L and make decisions that drive profitability. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow sales. Lead by example to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Lead & Inspire People Recruit, train, and develop an amazing team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members. Foster a positive, high-energy culture where team members thrive. Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to boost performance and engagement. Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences Ensure guests receive friendly, fast, and accurate service every time. Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively. Engage with your local community to promote the restaurant and brand. Manage Operations Like A Pro Optimize staffing and scheduling for maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance with Burger King policies, health regulations, and labor laws. Maintain top-notch operational and brand standards across the restaurant.
What We're Looking For:
18+ years old with reliable transportation. 2-4 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Understanding of P&L management and guest service principles. Open Availability- To be able to work evenings/nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for long hours, climb stools/ladders, and perform routine bending, sweeping, and mopping. Comfortable working in varying temperatures (coolers, freezers, and kitchen areas).
