In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and a warm, inviting environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in team management, and eager to create a positive dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities We are working managers, handling your own section/rotation to gain Cash Tips in addition to hourly pay Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize flow during busy hours. Monitor inventory levels related to front-of-house supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and performance reviews to foster a productive team environment. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Qualifications Proven management or supervisory experience in a quick service, fast food restaurant, casual dining, or fine dining setting. Strong knowledge of food service management, including food preparation basics and food handling safety practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory control efficiently. Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is preferred.
