We are currently recruiting an experienced Bakery Manager. Bakery Manager Requirements The role is responsible for baking, cake decorating, managing department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor, and other operational processes to company standards Plan, order, and work with Bakery associates to maximize sales and gross profit. Ensure all new Bakery associates receive proper training and tools to succeed Supervise the supply chain including: ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays Supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and training as needed Provide a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction at all times by answering customer questions regarding services and products offered
