In this role, you'll guide each shift to run smoothly and ensure guests receive quick, friendly, and accurate service every time. You'll provide direction and support to crew members and other managers to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Leaders handle a variety of responsibilities that include planning each shift, monitoring restaurant performance, and making on-the-spot decisions to keep the operation safe, profitable, and efficient. You'll also help communicate updates to the management team and support the training and development of others.
