Job Description

Berardi Brothers Pizzeria has been making pizza in Bucks County since 1975. We're an independently owned restaurant group with five locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and we're hiring a General Manager to lead our Southampton location. This is not a shift supervisor position with a better title. You will have real responsibility for the store's operating performance, including labor, food cost, staffing, and day-to-day execution. What You Will Own
  • Food cost and labor cost against established targets
  • Scheduling and labor management
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and holding the team accountable
  • Inventory and ordering
  • Food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Cash controls and opening/closing procedures
  • Weekly operating metrics and results Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone currently managing a high-volume restaurant, or a strong second-in-command who is ready to run their own location.
If you're an Assistant General Manager at a larger operation and ready for the next step, we especially want to hear from you. Pizza experience is helpful but not required. Experience in high-volume pizza, fast casual, QSR, or casual dining can translate well to this role. We're looking for someone who understands restaurant economics, can develop and hold a team accountable, and is comfortable taking responsibility for results rather than simply managing shifts. Compensation & Opportunity 60, 000 − 70,000 base salary depending on experience, plus performance bonus opportunity. Paid time off and employee discount. You'll work directly with ownership without layers of regional or corporate management. We're growing, and strong performance can create opportunities for additional responsibility as we expand. Hiring Process Qualified candidates will begin with a short phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Finalists may be invited to a paid in-store working interview so both sides can evaluate the fit before making a decision. This is a full-time, in-person position in Southampton, PA.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Benefits:
Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): What were the approximate annual sales of the largest restaurant you managed? Approximately how many employees did you directly supervise? What food cost and labor cost percentages or targets were you responsible for at your most recent restaurant? Briefly describe one measurable improvement you made at a restaurant you managed. What is your desired base salary?
Experience:
restaurant management: 2 years (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
Work Location:
