Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring smooth service flow. Lead staff training initiatives to enhance skills in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (including Aloha and Micros), and food safety procedures. Oversee food handling, preparation, and presentation standards to maintain quality and consistency across all menu items. Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and manage stock replenishment to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety management and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile POS reports at shift end. Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff development programs to foster team growth and leadership skills. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and performance coaching. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
