Overview Are you an experienced restaurant manager who's ready for more responsibility, greater growth opportunities, and a team that values strong leadership? We're looking for a motivated Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about developing people while delivering outstanding customer service. Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
- Coach, train, and develop team members into future leaders.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Manage labor, food costs, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and confidence.
- Create a positive, high-performing team culture. What We Are Looking For
- Previous restaurant management or shift management experience (pay bonus for verifiable previous Domino's experience).
- A proven leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
