+ Bonus Key Requirements 3+ years as GM in upscale full-service restaurant. Currently working as GM in full-service restaurant. Stable work history (≤2 jobs in 5 yrs / ≤3 jobs in 9 yrs).

Responsibilities:

Lead dining room operations (reservations, service flow, guest experience). Oversee kitchen via Chef (standards, results, accountability). Manage retail shop via Retail Manager (sales growth, guest-to-customer conversion). Own P&L, budgets, payroll, and sales across dining, retail, catering, carryout, events. Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff and leaders.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven restaurateur with strong floor presence. Experienced operator with P&L ownership and budgeting skills. Leader of leaders, able to manage chefs and retail managers. Hands-on coach with strong communication and team-building skills. Commercially minded, data-driven, energetic, and guest-focused.

Success Indicators:

Seamless guest experience across dining and retail. Strong reviews, low turnover, accountable leaders. Business meets/exceeds budget with growth in all channels.
