Job Description We are currently looking for someone who is fully available and seeking many hours. We are specifically looking for someone with 5 or more years of experience making hand stretched pizza, with the ability to quickly take on leadership of the pizza department at the West Chester location. As a Team Leader focused mainly on pizza making, you will receive hands on training and cross training in several areas, including: Food Prep and Kitchen Stations Master every station and build essential culinary skills. Order Coordination and Expediting Help keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak hours. For those who aspire to leadership roles, we offer a structured development program covering everything from food prep to management responsibilities, so you gain a full understanding of the business. As you advance, so will your responsibilities and your earning potential. For the right candidate, there is also additional room to grow into upper management roles, if that interests you. What We Look For In Candidates Proven Pizza Experience 5 or more years of experience making hand stretched pizza is required, along with the ability to quickly lead the pizza department at the West Chester location. Strong Organizational Skills In a high energy environment, efficiency and coordination are essential. Reliable Work Ethic Dedication, accountability, and teamwork make all the difference. Compensation and Career Growth Average Gross Earnings of approximately $25 per hour total, which includes a base hourly wage, approximately $3 per hour in pooled tips (added to your paycheck), and management performance pay once trained up on management duties. This is just a starting wage.
