Job Description

To Qualify For This Position You Must Live Within One Hour Of Our Hermitage, TN Office. AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager of Waiver Services to help lead our Waiver Programs (DIDD, ECF, CLS) and ensure services are delivered with excellence, compliance, and compassion. As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in program oversight, staff supervision, financial management, and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership career while making a direct impact on the lives of individuals and families we serve. This is a Full-time Hybrid remote position, you will come to the office 2 days each week. You must live within one hour or less driving time to our Hermitage, TN office. You must have a High-Speed Internet. What You'll Do Oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Supervise, support, and develop staff through coaching, evaluations, and professional development. Manage personnel needs including recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling. Monitor billing, budgets, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility. Review and maintain service recipient charts, reports, and documentation. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, social service agencies, and families/guardians. Promote quality improvement, safety, and a nurturing environment across all programs. Lead with integrity, communication, and collaboration to ensure continuity of care. What We're Looking For A degree in Human Services or related field is helpful. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field , with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role . Experience in budget management and human resources is helpful Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to adjust to program needs and schedules. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements This role combines office-based work with some active, hands-on responsibilities. While much of your time will be spent sitting at a desk, you should be comfortable with physical activity, such as climbing stairs, moving, or lifting. Ability to sit for extended periods. Repetitive hand/wrist movements and fine motor skills. Lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, reaching overhead, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to climb stairs.
