Job Description
SUMMARY The Go-To-Market Manager is a strategic member of Sartori's business-to-business Ingredient & Foodservice (I&FS) marketing team. This role leads project management and cross-functional commercialization for ingredient and foodservice products, platforms, and customer-driven initiatives, while managing the broader channel strategy. The Go-To-Market Manager serves as the central integrator across marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, R&D, and finance, ensuring solutions are launched, scaled, and managed with structured execution, technical rigor, operational readiness, and commercial discipline. This role owns the end-to-end go-to-market process for B2B innovations and strategic customer initiatives, translating channel priorities, customer needs, and business objectives into clear workplans, timelines, and decision frameworks that drive profitable growth, customer adoption, and long-term partnerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Go-To-Market Strategy & Commercial Planning (B2B) Owns end-to-end execution of Ingredient and Foodservice go-to-market strategies, aligned to enterprise growth and channel priorities, through integrated project plans and a disciplined execution cadence. Manages priority customer initiatives within each channel to ensure consistent application of strategy and avoid fragmented or duplicative efforts with clear scope definition, sequencing and ownership. Monitors and tracks channel pipeline health and performance against strategic objectives, using structured tracking, milestone reviews, and escalation protocols to guide prioritization and resource allocation. Product Commercialization & Launch Leadership Leads end-to-end commercialization of Ingredient and Foodservice products, platforms, and customer-driven solutions, from final concept approval through post-launch. Drives cross-functional launch readiness across sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality to ensure seamless execution. Establishes launch governance, timelines, and accountability across teams including decision rights, stage-gate discipline, and issue resolution mechanisms. Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution Acts as the integrator between marketing, sales, R&D, operations, supply chain and finance to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and executional expectations. Facilitates decision-making and proactively resolves cross-functional risks that could impact commercialization success, escalating issues and corrective actions as needed. Performance Management & Optimization Establishes and monitors commercialization KPIs relevant to B2B channels, including revenue realization, margin performance, and project pipeline performance. Leads post-launch reviews to assess performance, identify gaps, and own continuous improvement of the I&FS commercialization process. Provides leadership with clear insights and recommendations to optimize portfolio performance. Strategic Influence & Leadership Serves as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership, providing forward-looking recommendations on portfolio and commercialization priorities. Influences without authority, driving alignment and accountability across functions. Champions disciplined go-to-market thinking and project management rigor as a core organizational capability.DIRECT REPORTS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field required. 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management, including work related to product development, commercialization, innovation, or go-to-market execution. B2B industry experience, channel experience in foodservice, specialty food brands, and/or consumer packaged goods preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Professional project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar credentials preferred.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WORK LOCATION
This role requires onsite presence at our Pleasant View location in Plymouth, WI, as business needs require. The schedule may vary week to week and may include brief onsite meetings, partial days onsite, or periods of primarily remote work depending on operational needs. Remote work must be performed within Wisconsin or another approved state in accordance with company policy.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional Travel (up to 10%) - Limited travel for training, meetings, or visits to other Sartori locations. This role requires a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
