Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of back of the house and front of house staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff in hospitality and catering.
• Manage inventory control to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized front of kitchen and Expo area.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Experience in food service management, including inventory control and cost management.
• Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
