- Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff and management teams
- Strong business acumen , including budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
- Hands-on experience with daily restaurant operations , including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Restaurant General Manager
- Key Responsibilities
Staff Management :
Recruit, hire, train, and coach restaurant staff and management teams to create a positive work culture and ensure performance standards are metOperational Oversight :
Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient serviceFinancial Management :
Oversee budgets, manage payroll, and track sales to meet or exceed financial goalsCustomer Experience :
Guarantee a high-quality guest experience, resolve customer concerns, and foster long-term relationshipsStrategic Planning :
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and improve overall performanceInventory & Vendor Management :
Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinate with vendors to maintain consistent supply and manage costs Restaurant General Manager- Preferred Background & Skills (Nice to Haves)
- Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant leadership experience
- History of achieving measurable improvements in sales growth and profitability
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial statements and market trends
- Experience leading service training programs to elevate guest satisfaction scores
- Demonstrated ability to mentor future leaders and build succession plans
