Job Description
The Black Pearl is seeking an experienced, professional Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. We're looking for someone with at least 10 years of restaurant floor management experience , including fine dining, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both confidence and warmth to their work. The ideal candidate is a collaborative teammate who understands that hospitality is both an art and a business — someone who takes pride in mentoring staff, solving problems with calm professionalism, and creating an atmosphere where both guests and employees feel genuinely valued. As part of the management team, you'll lead daily operations with consistency and care, help elevate service standards, and work closely with ownership and the culinary team to maintain the high level of hospitality.
- Bar Management and/or Event Coordinator experience is a plus

- Lead daily front-of-house operations with professionalism and attention to detail

- Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow for efficiency and excellence
- Maintain calm leadership under pressure and lead by example What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of restaurant management experience , including at least 2 years in fine dining
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional demeanor and passion for hospitality
- Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team
- Dependable, year-round availability (not seasonal)
- Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and guest relations skills

Job Type:
