Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members
Skills:
- Previous experience as a cook or in the food industry is preferred
- Experience in catering or event planning is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and motivate employees
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
