Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests while driving profitability and staff development. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team. Oversee food preparation and kitchen management, maintaining consistency in culinary standards and food safety compliance. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and monitor sales performance. Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies. Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, reconciliations, and deposit preparation. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control initiatives. Supervise shift operations, including supervising team members, managing customer interactions, and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation policies across all restaurant areas. Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Support catering events or banquet services as needed to expand business opportunities. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, coaching, and leadership development. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within a hospitality setting. Strong background in food safety management and adherence to health regulations. Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and performance evaluations. Familiarity with casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage staff shifts and ensure outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for financial transactions and operational calculations are essential.
