Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring smooth shift transitions, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to uphold safety, hygiene, and presentation standards in line with food safety management protocols Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage sales reports Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste Train and develop team members on food handling, customer service techniques, and operational procedures to foster a motivated and skilled workforce Monitor restaurant performance by analyzing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and implementing strategies for increased profitability Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all areas of the restaurant Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and reporting Excellent team management skills including interviewing, training & development, staff supervision, and leadership in hospitality settings Solid understanding of inventory control, food safety regulations, and food industry best practices Effective communication skills for managerial conversations with staff and customers alike Ability to perform basic math calculations related to cash handling, budgeting, and profit analysis Experience in managing hospitality teams within diverse restaurant formats such as fine dining or catering services Embark on a rewarding journey in restaurant management where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
