To help us drive excellence, you'll get to: Lead and Support the Materials Team
- Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and provide guidance to material handlers to ensure production needs are met. Manage Material Flow
- Ensure materials, parts, racks, and containers are delivered to the correct production areas on time. Monitor Inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and help identify and resolve shortages, discrepancies, or misplaced materials. Ensure Safety and Quality
- Make sure team members follow safety procedures, proper material-handling practices, and company quality standards. Communicate with Production and Management
- Communicate material shortages, production needs, staffing concerns, and other issues to supervisors and management and help coordinate solutions.
This role is an hourly position within our team leader reports to the Material Supervisor.
Required experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
