Requirements:
2-3 years of previous management experience within country clubs or full service restaurant operations Professional, polished, and guest-focused presence. Energetic, positive, and collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:
Oversees daily dining room, banquet, and beverage operations, frequently serving as Manager on Duty. Maintains exceptional service standards by ensuring an outstanding guest experience, impeccable presentation, and cleanliness throughout all dining areas. Supports the recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation of food and beverage team members, while leading pre-service meetings.
